Biologically active food additives produced and registered in China will be able to be registered in a simplified manner for circulation on the territory of Belarus.

ESMS are laboratory standards used in conducting microbiological studies, they serve to improve the efficiency, standardization and quality control of these studies. Previously, only foreign-made ESMS were used in Belarus.

The introduction of the development in the republic will ensure the availability of ESM for microbiological laboratories, reduce the cost of acquiring these laboratory standards.

The new document amended the following government resolutions:

No. 56 “On the list of medicines produced by organizations of the Republic of Belarus, the prices of which are regulated by the Ministry of Health” dated January 19, 2012

No. 776 “On Registration of Manufacturers’ Maximum Selling Prices for medicines” dated October 31, 2018
